THESE RE THE WORST DRIVERS IN THE WORLD!!!!! I used this kit to replace the anodized pink Dynamite aluminum drivers I've used for around 2 years now. Well after 2-3 months the 1.5mm was rounded out, the 2.0mm was done for...was completed round. The bigger sizes I used on my rc8be snapped in half. Don't even get me started on my Baja!! From now on I only use BONDHUS or MP or LOSI or ASSOCIATED DRIVERS =. I ruined so many screws with this nonsense driver set.
Do yourself a favor don't skimp on your tools, nitro/lipo quality, greases/glues, your rc will last a holw llot longer.
So far so good. I didn't have this for too long but used it to build the Losi 8ight-e 3.0. Quality is good and light. Seems durable to me. Length of the driver is good, not too long or too short. Fits standard screws no problem. Yes, the handles are not metal / alum. made but No quality problems, this set of hex drivers are perfectly fine. To me this item deserves a 5 star given the quality with this price. Go somewhere else and see what you can get with this price.
I don't know what the problem is, I waited to review these tools for 2 years. I have not had a single tip break, strip, bend, the only wear I have seen is the coating on the tips has worn off. I would buy these again for the price. They are easy on the hands and do the job as well as the more expensive tools.
well after a week of light use i broke my first tip the 1/16th first it bent trying to break loose a blue locktighted screw going into a b44 aluminum motor plate then broke completely putting mild torque putting a screw into plastic. not bad for the price but I'm not going to buy agin in the future I'm going to spend the extra cash and get the better tools like the losi set.
tips were good for a while but some started to roung slightly due to operator error but you can grind a new surface giving two life spans and a very handy second set or first beginer set and the price is right
I just got these and find them much easier to use than the L shaped wrenches. Not sure about durability but the price is right.
These were good at first few months the tips don't hold their shape. The price is good but I'd spend a few more dollars and get a set that is built with better metal.
