w sperktrum dx3r pro u will have no prob, dx3s pretty much the dx3c, your talking sport remotes. Lets remember you get what u pay for i have no complaints! people hate on spektrum, ive personally never had any problems, remotes + recievers are great. airtronics just feels funny to me, trigger is way to small but thats my opinon! sperktrum has lil less range but unless your doing high speed runs your fine, granted my trucks only hit the track, ive never gone out of range on the many tracks ive been to,go ask dustin evans or drake, dudes wouldn't use crap

RPM signal lost after 100ft. Low signal range. Big and heavy.

I received this receiver with my DX3s and never used it till now. It glitches really bad when my car gets 100ft from me. I have not even hooked the telemetry up. I threw a SR300 back in with no issues. I even own a couple $10 Orange Rx's from Hobbyking and those things even outperform the Sr300. Spektrum needs to look at this matter. I see all kinds of complaints about this and it needs to be fixed.

i have the losi 8 t truggy with the spectrum dx3s and the reciver went out the second day i think the whole system is junk. the 50 doller fly sky is better than that. so if your going to buy the 8 2.0 you might want to buy the race roller because your going to buy a new radio anyway

I used this recevier on my most treasured HPI R40, which on two occasions caused the engine connecting rod to break and a crash into a wall at max throttle. During the first run, I found that the range was bad. Both were due to intermittent interferences, as there were signs of signal lost and erratic servo movements before the accidents. The first incident happened during a refuel where I placed the car on the starter box for a quick adjustment to the needles. Then the throttle servo went erratic and immediately went into WOT, which caused the conrod to break and pierce through the crankcase. The second incident was on the track, where initially the steering throttle response went errectic at time. Just before the crash, the car then went full throttle and did not response to brakes and steering inputs. Causing it to slam hard into a wall. I had used Hitec HS 5565/5585 MH with the signal set right on both occasions battery were full too. I am guessing that the telemetry signal seems to interfere with the ones for for servo, as I replacing the recevier with the non telemetry one works better.

I bought a dx3s with this receiver and it was bad. It worked good my first race day and after that nothing but intermittent glitching. At two weeks old it had total melt down. Spektrum made me send it back at my cost and a speedy (not, and yes I am in the U.S.) 5 weeks later i got a new one. They deny it but they have problems with this receiver and if you google hard enough you can find many more stories like mine. I bought a ko propo ex-10 eurus and i will never look back. I love my ex-10 and only buy ko now. I would say save your money until you can afford better. You deserve better.
