This is the Team Losi Racing Hi Performance SCT Body, and is intended for use with the Losi SCTE and XXX-SCT 1/10 short course trucks. Designed and tested specifically for Short Course racing, the TLR Hi Performance SCT Body is molded from durable .040" Lexan, making it thicker than a standard SCT body to improve reliability and durability. But this body was developed for more than just durability! By channeling the air the that collects under the body and directing it to release from optimized air outlets, this body provides improved jumping and in-air handling characteristics. Additional down force has been incorporated into the design to allow for improved corner speed, stability, and improved drivability.

Extremely inconsistent lexan pull during the molding process. As mentioned in other reviews, it's paper thin in places. Cutting the body out was more like tearing along the line in those areas and so thick in others it was almost impossible to cut using just scissors alone. Almost needless to say, the body tore up like a leaf in the wind in the thin places and was the shortest lasting body I ever ran on my SCTE. The Jconcepts #0222 HiFlow handled just as well and lasted, quite literally, ten times as long. Very disappointing quality from Losi.
This is one of the worst bodies I have ever used. Thought I was purchasing the pre-cut body, but this came instead. The lexan is so thin that it tears before it cracks. I have stopped using it on my trucks even though my body still looks relatively new. From my experience, when a body tears or cracks just behind the cab, I find that they don't last through a day of racing. I even found the mounting holes were way off causing fits when attempting to mount the body on my SCT410. Definitely not a body for 4wd SC. Relegated to a practice body, now.
Got one locally. Very good race body. Like the fact they used thin lexan to keep the weight down. Makes the truck feel very planted in corners.
This body has a nice look to it but unfortunately it's paper thin in some areas (Thinnest I've ever seen in any body) yet it's super thick and perfect in others parts.
When I say paper thin, I really mean it. Cut right through it just scoring the bottom to trim out. I'm pretty disappointed in this considering the .040" thickness claim. I ended up having no choice but to reinforce with gootape to try and prevent total destruction on the first crash.
