This tail upgrade is FANTASTIC. I rebuilt my stock 550E tail again and again but couldn't get the screws tight without it binding. Even when I got close, the loctite would work its way up into the control arm bushings and cause binding, which caused horrible tail oscillations. I put on the control arm upgrade part of this pack (didn't use the tail grip bearings) and the difference was like night and day. Works great on my Trex 800 Pro DFC. The bearings you dont use. When installing make sure you loosen the two screws on the black aluminum part of the tail slider assembly then put the link in and two screw though then retighten the two screws on the slider. I replaced the golden screw on the tail assembly with the same size screw that comes in the kit.

I have a T-Rex 700E V2. I first mounted the original tail parts (bag 700NT2D1), but I wasn't happy at all: the tail grips had quite some play around the feathering shaft and I had control binding at both extremes (although it was basically OK in neutral, although a bit sloppy). So I bought this kit and mounted it.
