Spektrum TM1000 DSMX/DSM2 Full Range Aircraft Telemetry Module
I have one of these on all but one of my helicopters. Tried the TM1100 but goes out of range quickly. If your thinking of telemetry just get this one right off the bat. This unit seems to transmit very accurate data when compared to my flight logger. I have had some trouble with the RPM readings being wrong and cant seem to figure out why so I had to give it a hit for that. But over all a very good investment given the price.

Spektrum TM1000 DSMX/DSM2 Full Range Aircraft Telemetry Module
I got this with my AR8000 / DX8. Unfortunately, I connected the main battery voltage on my 700E to the RPM input instead of the voltage input on the TM1000 during commissioning, which resulted in a puff of smoke and a dead unit... One would think that Spektrum would have safeguarded the unit against these kind of stupid user errors, but here we are. So had to order a new one. It works very well and it's very useful to have main rotor RPM and main battery voltage on the TX. Recommend it for that reason, but one star off for the intolerance to connection errors.
