BMiller Racing’s Lou Figueria has found good symmetry this summer driving in Pro 4 shortcourse and 1/8 eBuggy. At the Labor Day Shootout in Chico, CA, things could not have gone better for Figueria in the two classes on the dirt of Silver Dollar Raceway.
Powered by Tekin electronics and ProTek batteries from AMain Hobbies, ‘Big Lou’ handily took the title in both classes. In Pro 4 SCT he had his Losi SCTE 2.0 on rails, powered by ProTek 7000 mAh Supreme Power 100c lipo batteries and a Tekin RX8 and Pro 4 4600 speedo and motor combo. This marked the second consecutive year he stood on top of the box in Pro 4 SCT at the Labor Day Classic after winning the ’12 title.
Piloting a Mugen MBX6, Figueria was again dialed in eBuggy. And again he utilized Tekin RX8 and Pro 4 4600 electronics with ProTek 7000 100c batteries to take the crown.
BMiller teammate Terry Wickum also garnered a podium finish, placing second in Open Nitro Buggy.
